Our client islooking for a new team memberto join theirProperty Inspector team,covering their Glasgow portfolio. The role will involve completing inspections, inventories and move out reports. The role will require someone with a high attention to detail to ensure all our properties always remain compliant. The candidate will also be liaising with contractors on a range of different trades and work types and building positive client relationships with all our clients, colleagues and externals alike, always ensuring a high level of customer services is always adhered to.

  • To help achieve and exceed department KPI’s around volume, deadlines, profit and margin and growth of portfolio interaction in repairs.

  • Undertake property inspections across our portfolio of rental properties.

  • Identifying urgent repairs as well as recommending proactive improvements to properties

  • Sourcing contractors within the city

  • Ensure all void properties are checked in accordance with insurance requirements.

  • Assist with preparing and diarising inventory and move out inspections.

  • Carry out spot checks and support to our Property Manager

  • Positive client feedback.

In return you will receive:

  • Starting salary of £25,000 pro rata

  • 22 days holiday rising to 25 days after 5 years’ service. 9Statutory days, 4 of which can be taken outside of the bank holidays.
