Our client are looking for a Property Inspector to join their small, friendly team based in Worcester City Centre.

You will also be responsible for visiting properties around the Worcestershire area, carrying out periodic inspections and check out for end of tenancies.

The role will be varied with property visits and time in the office. You will be responsible for managing your own diary and prioritising your time. The majority of your time will be spent producing inspections and check out inspections, using specialist software. You will be required to evaluate the property's condition and record the condition. This will also involve liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors. This is where attention to details is critical.

Full training will be given to ensure you are fully supported in the role. Candidates will need a positive, can-do attitude and be able to help us maintain our high standards. They will need to be professional and well presented.

The ideal candidate will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • An eye for detail and good observation skills
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Enthusiastic and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a growing team
  • Works well under pressure
  • Computer literate with very good written and spoken skills
  • Full UK driving license

The ideal candidate will have some experience in the property industry or similar.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
