Join our team as a Property Inspector to oversee and manage properties across London and the South-East, ensuring compliance, risk management, and client satisfaction.

Client Details

Our client is a leading real estate company with a diverse portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with clients across various sectors.

Description

* Liaising with clients and their stakeholders on daily basis

* Dealing with tenant applications
* Identify Asset Management opportunities - lease re-gearing, refurbishment and redevelopment, lease surrenders, dilapidation's, assist with various internal and external teams on these matters.
* Assist with preparing reports for client meetings
* Liaising with various teams to ensure maintenance contracts are followed and managed
* Recognizing , instructing and managing jobs with Client's dedicated FM provider.
* Liaising with property management accounts team on production of budgets and managing budgets/expenditure accordingly.
* Liaising with property administrators for arrears recovery, setting up new properties, completing change notes, updating the Helpdesk and Tramps, etc.
* Due diligence for disposals
* Reporting to Clients in a timely and accurate manner
* Ensuring day to day issues are addressed and resolved in a cost effective manner mitigating Client expenditure at all times

Profile

Experience in site inspections and able to work alone on site while adhering to lone working policies.

* IOSH qualified as a minimum standard and has a good understanding of H&S
* An understanding of Landlord and Tenant Law is beneficial
* Good working knowledge of Health and safety procedures
* Previous experience of managing commercial property
* Previous use of and good understanding of Tramps and Meridian systems (or similar)
* Full clean driving licence is mandatory, and a willingness to travel to cover a large geographical portfolio of inspections.
