Job Title: Property Inspector and Inventory Clerk 
Location: Weston Super Mare - This role is mainly on-the-road visiting properties. 
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. 30 minute lunch break
Other Details: Company car and company phone will be provided. A full, clean UK drivers licence is required. 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Inventory and Inspection Clerk to join highly regarded, independent property business in the Weston-Super-Mare branch.

The Property Inspector and Inventory Clerk role:
  • Submit comprehensive and accurate reporting on a right-first-time basis
  • Build effective and warm relationships with tenants, whilst conducting mid-terms inspections
  • Undertake inventory and check-out services on properties, with a keen eye and attention to detail
  • Meet daily targets relating to volumes and quality of work
  • Attend Training and Refresher sessions as required and obtain skills in inventory's, check ins, check outs, midterm inspections, LRAs

Skills Required:
  • A keen eye and attention to details with 100% accuracy
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and tight turn-around times
  • Clear and articulate communication, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload

Experience Required:
  • Preferably some experience in carrying out property inventory and inspections
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent Customer Service
