We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Expert to join a well-renowned Yorkshire based estate agents. You will be working alongside a team that have been trusted industry leaders for over 20 years with an unrivalled reputation in the York market.

WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW

• Salary - Up to £30K
• Full- time permanent position
• Mon-Fri working hours (+ every other Saturday with a day off during same week to compensate)

A SNAPSHOT OF THE PROPERTY EXPERTS DAY

• Provide a full-sales cycle to vendors, being their main point of contact
• Using excellent negotiation with potential vendors to secure business
• Work to set sales targets
• Liaise with clients to determine their needs
• Valuating properties according to local market value
• Administering floor plans, photos and property adverts
• Primary contact for vendors
• Appraisals
• Sales Negotiation and sales progression work

• Extensive property experience and looking to join a market leading agent, great knowledge of the York area
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, highly organized with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
• Proven Negotiator and strong sales ability
• Driving Licence
