The firm is looking for a Development Solicitor (3-6 years’ PQE) who has experience in large scale development schemes, whether advising for public or private sector clients and mixed use and/or residential-led schemes.

With a focus on the relationship between the public and private sectors, the team engages in high-profile projects across England and Wales, including acquisitions, disposals, funding arrangements, development agreements, and corporate joint ventures. Prioritising value delivery and adeptly navigating volatile economic conditions, the team offers an excellent platform for aspiring real estate lawyers to forge long-term careers within the firm.
