This role of Credit Controller involves managing and controlling the outstanding credit owed to the company in the property industry. The successful candidate will have a significant impact on the company's revenue, working in a friendly and collaborative team environment.

Client Details

My client is a British property company with its headquarters in London. Established over 10 years ago, my client has created a fond name for itself within the property space. Dealing with both corporate and retail customers, my client is well-established and works with some of London's most respectable businesses.

Description

  • Manage, control, and collect outstanding credit owed to the company
  • Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities
  • Regularly review company credit control procedures to ensure effectiveness
  • Liaise with customers to ensure prompt payment of invoices
  • Work closely with the Accounting and Finance team to achieve company objectives
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategic plans
  • Comply with all company policies and legal regulations
  • Report regularly on credit control activity to senior management

Profile

To be successful for interview, you must:

  • Possess a strong property or retail background
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office
  • Knowledge of credit control procedures and regulations
