Embark on a rewarding journey as a Property Coordinator with a prestigious property management specialist based in the heart of Manchester City Centre. This full-time role, with a salary range of £26,000 to £28,000, offers a structured work-life balance with hours from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in the seamless integration of newly awarded developments into the company's portfolio, working from the initial appointment through to the day-to-day management. This position is instrumental in fostering client satisfaction and ensuring a smooth handover to the Property Management team.

The role includes a variety of responsibilities such as assisting in new business proposals, collating development records, facilitating operational handovers, and meticulously updating property software systems. The role also involves preparing welcome packs for residents, setting up maintenance contracts, and supporting the Operations Teams during the mobilisation phase.

Ideal candidates will have experience in residential property management and possess an understanding of Block Management, Landlord & Tenant legislation, as well as Health & Safety and Building Compliance. Exceptional interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and organisational prowess are essential. Proficiency in Qube software is desirable, along with a professional and friendly demeanour.
