BASIC SALARY £22-26,000 DOE OTE £40,000

My client, a dual branch leading agent in South East, are looking for a motivated and hard working Property Consultant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone to maximise their earnings potential with a company that rewards for performance.

Key duties:

  • Conducting viewings
  • Applicant registrations
  • Liaising with buyers and vendors
  • Negotiating offers
  • Canvassing
  • Working closely with the Director on Land & New Homes
  • Administration duties

Requirements

  • Well-spoken with good communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence & own car
  • Good knowledge of the local area a bonus
  • Self-motivated and hard-working
  • Keen interest in the property industry
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Sales /customer service experience is essential
  • Well-presented and professional appearance
  • Good attention to detail and organised
  • Customer focused
