Property Consultant

Property Consultant - £23,5000 + OTE £26,2000 - Bristol

Our client is seeking a hard working and driven property consultant to join their experienced sales team in Patchway. You will ideally have had a minimum of 6 months industry related experience and be looking to further your career in a fast paced and environment working for an independent agency.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct sales and rental viewings with potential buyers and tenants

- Negotiate offers with applicants and vendors

- Handle enquiries via phone, email, and face to face

- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing

- Maintain and update records of properties and applicants

- Work closely with other team members and managers

- Follow company policies and procedures

- Keep up to date with market trends and legislation

**Requirements:**

- At least 6 months of industry related experience

- Enthusiastic, driven, and hard-working attitude

- Outgoing and confident personality

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

- Full UK driving licence and own car

The salary for this role, depending on experience would be £23,500 with an OTE of £26,200 plus commission for mortgage, conveyancing, removal and survey referrals

Full-time Monday to Friday 8:45am - 6pm and one in three Saturdays 9am - 4pm (day off in the week of working a Saturday)
