Are you an experienced Property Consultant looking for a new opportunity where you can thrive? Then look no further, our clients are a successful Estate Agency seeking a Property Consultant to join their brilliant team in Manchester.

Working hours:

  • Monday- Friday
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays

The successful Property Consultant will be offered:

  • Basic salary £25,000 + commission
  • Career progression
  • Training for (ARLA and NAEA) will be provided.

To be considered for the Property Consultant role you must have:

  • Estate Agency Experience of at least 2 years
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven success in organisation and efficiency with a good record of personal effectiveness
  • The ability to meet deadlines
  • Customer-driven with a drive for results

As a Property Consultant, your role will involve:

  • Attend the valuation appointments to secure the listing.
  • Cross-sell financial services and conveyancing to vendors
  • Canvass for new instructions
  • Complete all compliance checks and paperwork for vendors.
  • Conduct viewings
  • Maintain regular marketing reviews with your clients, reviewing price if necessary.
  • Regularly update the listings on the portals
  • Take and negotiate offers.
  • Complete AML checks on buyers
  • Progress the sale, working with mortgage providers and conveyancers to ensure transactions go through
