Essential Skills & The Role Itself:

  • Confident in working with the Microsoft Office Suite,
  • Excellent it skills
  • Handling data,
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Particularly when preparing documents and entering data,
  • Maintaining correct records.
  • Liaising with Estate Agents and solicitors
  • You will be responsible for uploading to our CRM system
  • Managing clients expectations
  • Preparing letters and documents
  • Excellent communicator both verbally and written.
  • Preparing and Complying with AML
  • Being up to speed with all relevant legislation



Salary and benefits:
£20.000 - £25.000pa depending on experience

Working week: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

A Modern office environment in a Essex location with Supportive and friendly team full training given.
