Juice is delighted to be supporting an independent Estate Agents based in Bath, with their search for a Property Administrator to join their team. The role will include being the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and queries relating to property management and maintenance.

This could suit someone who has experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, and administration. We are seeking someone with a positive and proactive approach and who demonstrates a passion for the property industry.

DAY TO DAY:

  • First point of contact for all customer enquiries, queries, and complaints relating to property management maintenance.
  • Coordinate maintenance ensuring it adheres to company processes.
  • Issuing works orders, entering invoices into the system, and carrying out quarterly inspections on our managed properties.
  • Responsible for routine maintenance services.
  • Liaise with contractors.
  • At times you may need to arrange viewings and meet and greet clients.

WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE:

  • Good attention to detail, strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • IT literate and proficient use of Microsoft packages.
  • A strong desire to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Be determined and enthusiastic.
  • Solution-focused with an adaptable approach to work.
