As a Property Administrator you will be providing administrative support to the Real Estate Team. Supporting with property management, updating the database with current lease transactions, reviewing and challenging Service Charge budgets, processing invoices for payment and supporting with Purchase Order requests.

  • Experience in a property function ideally providing admin support 
  • Strong systems/database knowledge to successfully maintain data 
  • Clear written and verbal communication 
  • Self sufficient in order to maintain and update property schedules 
  • Great ability to build and leverage relationships internally and externally 
  • Good numeracy skills to allow for accuracy when dealing with numbers (rent agreements etc)
