Property Administrator - Market Leading Estate Agent in Winchmore Hill

Essentials

  • Property experience
  • Driving Licence and own car
  • Live locally to N21

Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 18:00

Salary up to £35k dependent on experience

Property Administrator duties include:

  • Facilitating the smooth running of the office
  • Maintaining the database of properties
  • Ensuring online content is accurate
  • Performing and monitoring precise money laundering regulation checks on clients and buyers
  • Ensuring all lettings properties have the relevant compliance certificates and money laundering regulation checks in place prior to tenancy commencement
  • Working closely with branch manager to produce property details, contractual letters and other formal business letters
  • Recording all financial outgoings of the office via petty cash spreadsheets and liaising with the accounting team on a monthly basis.
  • General office administrative duties
  • Receiving and actioning maintenance issues and instruct approved contractors
  • Carrying out property inspections
  • Act as liaison between landlords, tenants, contractors
  • Issuing section notices
  • Organising check ins/outs and inventories
