Our client, an award winning, multi office independent estate agency are looking for a Property Administrator to join their busy Admin hub in Burnham. The role will ideally require someone with previous administration experience but does not need to have been within the property industry, as full training will be provided. However, the ideal candidate will express a keen interest and passion for the property industry.

You must be a well organised, self motivated team player with exceptional attention to detail.

Salary package and benefits of this Property Administrator role will include:

  • Basic £23,000
  • Weekly Rota of Monday - Friday 9-6/ Monday - Friday 8:30-5:15
  • Excellent training and development

The main areas of responsibility for this Property Administrator role will include:

  • Sending out inventories
  • Updating utility readings
  • Checking compliance
  • Various routine admin duties

Experience needed for this Property Administrator role:

  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivation as well as the ability and courtesy to work well in a team and be a team player.
  • Administration experience preferred.
