This is an exciting opportunity for a Safety Coordinator to join one of the largest independent lettings agent in the Yorkshire region.

The job role will mainly consist of arranging, organising, chasing and updating gas safety certificates, boiler services and electrical certificates for over 9000 properties. You will liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to facilitate a prompt and professional approach to repairs and maintenance, keeping all parties fully informed at all times and obtaining all necessary consents.

Provide support to Tenants and Landlords in accordance with organisational policy, procedure and professional standards, to ensure highly effective customer services.

Duties:

Arrange, organise, chase and update gas safety certificates, boiler services and electrical certificates for over 9000 properties.
Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to facilitate a prompt and professional approach to repairs and maintenance, keeping all parties fully informed at all times and obtaining all necessary consents.
Schedule monitor and analyse safety checks keeping certificates up to date at all times to ensure our landlords remain complaint with the law. The ideal candidate will have:
Liaise with all other departments whilst reporting to the Head of Property Maintenance and Directors and to promote the interests of the Company in general at all times.
To schedule monitor and analyse annual safety checks keeping certificates up to date at all times and organising any necessary remedial work promptly.
Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth running
To perform any other duties, which from time to time may be required to ensure the smooth running of the branch and company.
