Catch 22 are working with an industry leading property developer who are looking for a Property Administrator to carry out data management tasks on their exciting property contract in Central Manchester.

The Property Administrator will work in collaboration with the Health and Safety teams to develop, manage and maintain property safety strategies whilst ensuring clear communication with residents.   

The successful applicant will be interested in working within health and safety, be a strong communicator and able to carry out data entry tasks with precision.

 Details of the role;

  • Responsible for gathering of information and liaising with the relevant staff.
  • Assisting with annual client reports including conducting an annual review of property safety strategies.
  • Logging requests for further information and ensuring requests are sent out in line with KPI's.
  • Assisting with logging and managing building related complaints.
  • Coordinate the submission of the certificates in line with the Health & Safety Team.
  • Responding to resident enquiries through answering telephone and email correspondence.
  • Attending meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Undertake regular personal development and training when required.
  • Any other duties that may be requested.

The ideal candidate:

  • Some previous experience with Facilities Management or property - e.g housing, building maintenance, construction, student accommodation, asset management, compliance or health & safety.
  • Strong data management and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to carry out research and consult relevant guidance.
  • Be pragmatic and reasonable in approach to all issues of fire and building safety.
  • Able to work with limited supervision, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Interested in developing Health & Safety knowledge.
  • Seek support from colleagues when required.
  • Able to effectively utilise of Microsoft office software.

Role Benefits:

  • Permanent 37.5 hour contract.
  • Salary around £27,000 depending on experience.
  • Monday to Friday role 9am - 5.30pm
  • Based in Manchester City Centre
