A highly-rated Loss Adjusting company is seeking a driven and experienced Property ClaimsTeam Leader to head up its growing Property Division.
The Opportunity:

You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10 property desktop adjusters, whilst handling your caseload, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to company values.
Provide guidance and support for your team, act as a technical expert and participate in training and industry events.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Experience as a Loss Adjuster (desktop or field) dealing with Domestic or Commercial Claims.
- Strong knowledge of property insurance policies.
- Relevant qualifications such as - Cert CII or Cert CILA.
- Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
