Your new job working as a Property Account Handler/ Account Executive will be working for an established Insurance Brokers dedicated to serving the Property owner's market. They offer bespoke property owners' policies with high-quality specialist insurers, competitive premiums, and a high-quality boutique-style service. Due to the growth within the Property Division, a permanent position for a Property Account Handler / Executive has arisen.

Your new role
Your new role working as a Property Account Handler / Executive you will be responsible for providing a quality service to existing clients, covering every aspect of their insurance arrangements from inception to completion. Your duties will include advising, arranging.
and securing appropriate cover dealing with clients from inception to completion where you deal with new business, mid-term adjustments and renewals. Other duties will include carrying out instructions regarding the arrangement or amendment of insurance for clients, including implementation of any risk improvements, You will ensure correct policy wordings and certificates are received from Insurers) and issue to the client.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience working as either a Property ( Real Estate) Account Handler or Account Executive handling Real Estate / Property Owners business will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will have willingness to continue to develop knowledge of products, as well as have good communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work under pressure and to deadlines when required. You will be technically astute and confident in your production of various technical documentation. You will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office Software to include Word and Excel and have a working knowledge of Insurance Databases such as Total Objects.
