Purpose of Role
This role holder will be focused on providing technical business analyst assistance on data migration and implementation of the core application stack to newly acquired entities (acquisitions).
These implementation projects involve a wide range of responsibilities including analysis, business process re-engineering, data migration, system configuration and user acceptance testing. The role will involve coordinating with third parties, the business and the wider technology team to deliver projects.

Key Accountabilities
* Build relationships with acquired IT teams and executive stakeholders, manage their expectations and build trust.
* Provide business analysis support on projects involving multiple offices across different jurisdictions
* Gather and Analyse business requirements
* Create detailed business analysis to identify inefficiencies, opportunities and offer potential solutions for the business, e.g., RPA. Effective use of technologies
* Project management support including scoping, provide analysis of project process, risks and costs.
* Data migration activities including export, data analysis and data mapping
* Review business reports generated from acquired/ legacy systems, analysis of reports so that they can be replicated and aligned to migrated system
* Work with the business to identify key business management information needed for operational process control
* Planning and monitoring of project deliverables within their workstream
* To identify training requirements of the business and provide support in creating supporting documentation
* Ability to support multiple projects where required.

Knowledge and Experience
Professional and Technical Experience
* Good documentation skills
* Proven track record in gathering and documenting business requirements, and gap analysis reports
* Strong overall knowledge of NavOne, including workflow, data adapters and data migration.
* Strong NavOne exposure and comprehension
* Ability to learn and apply new technologies or concepts quickly
* Adept and enthusiastic where new/ ever-changing applications are introduced
* Analyse business requirements and conduct impact assessment to support proposal of solution options

Base Requirement:
* University educated or have IT/ business analysis related qualifications
* The relevant financial knowledge, acquired through study and work experience
* Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a similar role.
* Has experience of working in a matrix environment with personnel in multiple jurisdictions
* The ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot within a busy environment.
* Exceptional communicator - Ability to communicate with IT and Non-IT staff at all levels (both written and verbal)
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work on own and be able to collaborate as part of a team

The candidate will be able to deliver results without compromising on quality and accuracy. They will be strong team players, self-motivated and focused on exceeding targets and goals.

Language Skills
The role holder is required to have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages an advantage.
