We have got an exciting opportunity for you to join Thames Valley Police as a Property Surveyor at their headquarters in Kidlington.

This rile will be Hybrid between HQ North, Kidlington and home address, with some travel across the force as required.

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO POLICE VETTING CRITERIA YOU MUST HAVE RESIDED WITHIN THE UK CONTINUOUSLY FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS.

Thames Valley Police Property Services Department is responsible for managing all aspects of the Force's operational and residential property portfolio, providing a comprehensive in-house professional estates service. In this role you will be responsible for the development and delivery of smaller to medium projects from instigation through the design development and construction phase to practical completion and final account stage. Together with other professional staff you will deliver larger more complex projects.

Educated to degree level, you will have achieved or be close to full membership of a relevant professional body (RICS, RIBA, CIBSE or equivalent). Experience of delivering refurbishment projects within occupied buildings and of financial and budget management is essential for this role along with the ability to use AUTOCAD and being proficient in Microsoft Office. You will be expected to work with little supervision on a day to day basis and be capable of dealing professionally with individuals of all levels. You will also have the ability to work well within or lead a team.

A full driving licence is essential as the ability to travel across the Force area is required in order to undertake this role.
