Our client in the Daventry area is looking for a Project Support Administrator to join their vibrant team due to continued business growth.

Benefits:

  • Salary - £23,400 per annum.
  • 33 Days Holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays)
  • Hours of work - Monday to Thursday - 08:00am to 16:30pm - Friday - 12:30pm finish
  • 34.5hrs per week

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all project related data is kept up to date on relevant spreadsheets.
  • Ensure all COSH requirements are met and up to date.
  • Place orders with suppliers for required materials for projects.
  • Track deliveries from suppliers and resolve any issues with suppliers.
  • Ensure delivery notes are filed with each inbound and outbound delivery.
  • Support with purchase orders when required.
  • General office admin duties when required.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Purchase orders and basic finance knowledge.
  • Proficient with MS Excel.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
