Project Quantity Surveyor
An Italian specialist contractor who focuses on high-end residential and hotel projects is seeking a motivated and ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their London based team.
The Project Quantity Surveyor Role
The new Project Quantity Surveyor will join a growing, dynamic team in London to work across residential and commercial projects in and around London as well as Saudi Arabia.
Responsibility-wise, the Project Quantity Surveyor who is competent in delivering projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision. You will also be supported by junior members within the Quantity Surveying team.
Their long-established London office is medium sized and offers excellent long term progression opportunities, perfect for a driven Project Quantity Surveyor eager for rapid career progress to that Senior role, with the possibility of work within their international offices.
The Project Quantity Surveyor
- 3+ years of Quantity Surveying experience
- Quantity Surveying degree
- Residential and commercial experience essential
- MCIOB or MRICS or working towards APC.
- Experience working with Tier 1 contactors
- Pre + Post contract experience
