A top tier, London Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor, MRICS or working towards, as they continue to steadily grow their talented Quantity Surveying team.

The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role

The new Project Quantity Surveyor will support an Associate Quantity Surveyor and the Directors in delivering an array of commercial (cute and carve), residential, life science, and hotel projects across London.

Additionally, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will run their own projects from inception to completion, whilst being supported by two Graduate Quantity Surveyors.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

  • Minimum of 3 years Quantity Surveying experience
  • UK cost management / cost consultancy background
  • Completed a RICS accredited degree
  • MRICS or working towards
  • Pre contract knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
