Our client, an esteemed not-for-profit organisation in Central London, is currently seeking a professional and highly experienced Project Officer with a background in administration and project assistance.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing essential administrative and team support activities, including handling of numerical and non-numerical data, minute taking, customer service, responding to inbox queries, report management and information collation.

This is a temporary role for approx. 3 months with potential to extend.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Take accurate, detailed meeting minutes on complicated subjects
  • Be the main point of contact for and respond to, process and data enquiries received from stakeholders
  • Assisting on project-management duties
  • Precise numerical and non-numerical data-handlin
  • Build relationships and offering customer serviced both externally and internall
  • Finding and collating complex informatio
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Setting up meetings and working groups with both internal and external staff

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in office and project administration
  • Experience handling data
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience using and maintaining a database or equivalent to store and retrieve information (e.g. SPSS - ideal).
