I am currently supporting my Kent based client to find a Project Manager to join the team, focusing primarily on London based assignments. The role has arisen due to continued success of the business and this is the ideal role for candidates who are confident in overseeing multiple projects whilst managing stakeholder relationships, risk management, reporting and planning.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Developing project plans, managing timelines and budgets for simultaneous projects
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams and conducting kick-off meetings
- Monitor project progress, hosting meetings and providing updates
- Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Assessing and mitigating risks, identifying and implementing process enhancements as required
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and generating reports

You will be able to demonstrate experience managing project simultaneously ideally within an architectural background. You will be confident in dealing with main contractors as well as subcontractors and have a strong understanding of methodologies, tools and best practices
