Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Initially 3 months, 37 hours per week

Rate of pay: Up to £300ltd per day

Job Description

This company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the Alternative Provision Improvement project across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all children and young people have the best chance to succeed, regardless of their placement, by redesigning the wider service that oversees the Alternative Provision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Redesign the wider service that oversees the Alternative Provision
  • Align services across children's services to ensure a clear process for referral, placement, and monitoring of children and young people accessing alternative provision
  • Ensure that the budget spent is used effectively to support children and young people at the earliest opportunity and maintain their full-time provision
  • Work from BCP Civic centre in Bournemouth and from home

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience in overseeing a project related to Alternative Provision Improvement
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Flexibility to work from BCP Civic centre in Bournemouth and from home
