Title: Project Manager

Location of Work: Swansea

The Company: Small to medium sized NSI Gold accredited business specialising in the Fire and Security industry. Due to expansion they are on the lookout for Project Managers.

Package:

£40,000 - £45,000 basic

Bonus scheme

24 Days holiday + Bank Holidays

Company car

On site office parking

Main Responsibilities:

2+ years’ experience working with Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Access Control & CCTV

Developing and tracking budgets

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Performance management within the Fire and Security Industry

Meeting with clients for detailed ordering briefs and comprehensive project plans

Resolve systemic issues providing short, medium and long-term solutions

Knowledge and experience:

2+ years’ experience working with Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Access Control & CCTV

Proven track record in project management in the Fire and Security Industry

Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking a must

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
