Job Title: Projects Manager
Salary: up to £54,500 DOE

They are currently seeking a talented Project Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving their projects forward. Our clients vision is to use their heritage and expertise to support the energy transition. You will be at the forefront of their engineering and grouting endeavours, overseeing a team who plan, execute, and deliver their most critical projects.

Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of skilled project engineers, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Supporting your team to develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and ensuring project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, and addressing any concerns or feedback.

Qualifications
  • BSc (Hons) / BEng (Hons) in Engineering or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience managing engineering projects from inception to completion, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence. Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
