The Solution:

With a range of marketing automation and insight tools, the solution helps marketing professionals make key, intelligent, data driven decisions to optimise their performance marketing efforts across a range of channels.

The Role:

Work with all key departments ensuring total client satisfaction will be achieved!

You will be the bridge between client facing teams, Sales, Customer Success and Onboarding, as well as the technical support, development and implementation functions.

Help effectively manage client requests, queries and issues whilst supporting the ongoing development of the platform and delivery of the solution.

Your days will be varied as you will work across the whole business and opportunity to learn, develop and progress in whichever direction you want will be there for you!

The ideal Candidate:

  • A strong problem solving mentality.
  • University level qualification in computer science or similar.
  • An interest in tech/computing/programming or coding.
  • Some experience within SaaS (Software as a service) or using a more complex software solution.
  • Well presented, resourceful and keen to develop.
  • Experience with or understanding of affiliate marketing.
  • A team player! This is a tightly knit team so it’s important everyone clicks!
  • Understanding of Javascript or HTML at a conceptual level. You don’t need to be a web-designer!
  • Experience using a project management solution such as Jira.
  • Fluency is Russian is very desirable!
