Time Recruitment are looking to speak with Project Managers in East Staffordshire who are interested in a new role in construction.

Our client specialise in joinery design, manufacture and installation for luxury and high-end clients in the commercial, leisure, hospitality, residential and retail sectors.

Role: Joinery Project Manager
Office location: Burton On Trent
Location of projects: Nationwide, often in the London area.
Type: Full Time Permanent position
Sectors: Fit Out and Joinery Installation
Project values: Up to £1.5M
Salary: £45,000-£60,000 plus car allowance and other benefits

Duties and Responsibilities

Working closely with the drawing, estimating and production staff
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of each project including attending client/design meetings
Management of subcontractors and site installations
Health and safety documentation
Procurement of specialist materials
Remain commercially astute
Client management
Process payment applications, cost variations and general contract administration
Working 3-4 days in the office, working from home and travelling to sites

Candidate requirements

Must be located within an hour of Burton On Trent and no further.
Happy to work nationwide and travel to London on a regular basis
Have a joinery background with relevant qualifications-City & Guilds or NVQ with plenty of site experience
3+ years experience at Project Management level
Knowledge of project design portals such as Aconex, BIM & Asite is an advantage
