Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

• Ensure project compliance with CDM requirements and CPP
• Visible leader in adherence to and improvement of SHEQ policies and procedures
• Review project updates and report upwards to board level
• Coordinate and consult directly with internal and external stakeholders to develop strong relationships. This includes design, commissioning teams, suppliers, contractors, and clients.

Skills Required for the Project Manager:

• 5+ years in management roles within Utilities and/or construction industry
• Tender package preparation
• JCT/NEC contract management
• Vetting and recruiting candidates
• NVQ Level 6 or Engineering degree
• CSCS (Gold, Black or White card)
• SMSTS
• NEBOSH or IOSH
