Major Players are working alongside a fantastic corporate branding agency in London. They are looking for an established project manager to join their vibrant and innovative creative team. This role offers an exceptional learning curve with amazing opportunities for advancement.


In this role the successful candidate will be collaborating closely with directors to execute and oversee corporate branding initiatives, while also ensuring project profitability and fostering enduring client relationships with utmost satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and scoping brand programs, and develop associated project timelines and budgets.
  • Foster robust client connections, serving as the primary liaison for clients.
  • Supervise daily task allocation and delivery by designers and consultants to uphold project alignment with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance prior to final sign-off by directors.
  • Prepare comprehensive contact and status reports.
  • Aid in crafting new business proposals.
  • Engage in client meetings to present project progress and plans.
  • Deliver project plans during new business pitches.
  • Coordinate client meetings and internal project discussions.

Your Experience and Competencies:

  • Experience in similar branding projects within a reputable brand agency.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in writing and proofreading.
  • Solid understanding of general business principles.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Positive attitude and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Ownership of problems, conscientiousness, and accountability.
