Role Profile:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving forward multimillion-pound projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects, all while adhering to strict timelines and budgetary constraints.You will be working closely with the management team and receiving 1:1 training to successfully deliver projects within property and real estate.

Responsibilities for Project Manager Role
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Track project costs to meet budget.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
  • Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in Project Management and Real Estate.
  • Passion for career progression
  • Successfully delivered projects in Real estate/ Property and is confident handling large scale projects.
