Project Manager (Refurbishments and Construction)

Venn Group are supporting an organisation based in West London with the recruitment of a Project Manager to lead Major Projects from inception to completion

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 6 months, ongoing (up to 5 years)
  • Rate: £48.00 per hour
  • Location: West London

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Effectively manage the timely delivery of new construction projects
  • Prepare project briefs and provide detail on all backlog maintenance items included in minor/ major works schemes and remedial works
  • Hold accountability for budget management, decision making, forecasting and reporting
  • Ensure corrective action is taken efficiently when issues arise
  • Manage consultants and contractors

The successful candidate will have:

  • NEC Contract administration experience
  • RIBA Stages plan of work
  • Procurement including P23
