Project Manager

Ford and Stanley Recruitment, The Rail Recruitment Specialists are working with a quickly growing and highly impactful rail engineering consultancy who, resulting from various big project wins, are looking to expand their team and welcome a new Project Manager/Project Engineer.

Opportunity 
Requirement for a ambitious Project Manager, to support on niche legacy technology projects and expansions within exciting new technology sectors, within a rapidly growing company. You will be an essential driver of success for the business, engaging with stakeholders to deliver turnkey projects, first in like for promotion to senior management; with a succession plan to becoming Head of Projects. 

Location: Derby - Hybrid

Essential Criteria:

• Project Management Experience in and engineering Rolling Stock / Rail environment.
• Experience leading projects from cradle to grave.
• Stakeholder / Commercial awareness.
• People management experience (desirable).

Likely Job Titles: Project Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer.
