Project Manager (Software / Agile delivery / Web-based Media tools)

This role can be worked predominantly remotely but will involve some time spent in their Manchester city centre office.

£48,000 - £55,000 + Additional Benefits

Project manager for software deliverables sought by this highly successful software house, developing a market-leading online platform and web-based applications for many of the biggest names in media and entertainment.

Due to company expansion and winning new accounts, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager with an understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and a track record of delivering successful software development projects and deployments. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, taking ownership of delivery, stakeholder management and resource allocations.

You will be involved in projects involving customer management and implementations, integration, and upgrades, involving the delivery of both established and recently developed products. As a result, you will demonstrate excellent customer liaison in requirements scoping, estimating production life cycles and actual delivery, as well as liaising with the internal development team.

You will be an experienced project manager with a background in software and the full project life cycle, working with web-based systems and applications. Ideally, you will also have a good understanding of Agile practices and possibly have come from a digital product / media product / services on-demand background, as this will be well suited to their product set. Excellent communication skills are critical, as you will play a key role in delivering project management expertise to their client base

Although remote, you will also live within reasonable proximity of Manchester, as you will be expected to travel in to spend time with the team on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
