Project Manager - Plymouth
A local contractor who has been awarded a multitude of schemes with the next due to start soon are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team to manage the life cycle of this new project. Type of works undertaken include Healthcare, Local Authority, Education and Leisure. As the Project Manager, you be responsible for the for delivery of this new and exciting scheme!

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with site planning, design and construction programme and oversee the build process
  • Coordinate work of subcontractors for various phases
  • Establish timelines, calculate labour and material costs
  • Generate and issue regular internal and external project reporting through company software
  • Report the progress and any necessary modifications of plans
  • Liaise and chair meetings with site staff and clients
  • Ensure the project is completed on time, within scope and budget
  • Implement and ensure H&S for site staff, visitors and the public are strictly adhered to
Skills:
  • Experience of large value commercial build required
  • Previous projects within healthcare desired
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and Project
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work in date
  • Relevant driving licence
