Project Manager

Role: Project Manager - NPD

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £40,000

Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic business within the Beauty and Personal Care Industry who are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing multiple projects concurrently, from concept to supply, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing project elements such as concept and tooling development, filling trials, artwork coordination, and compiling filling/assembly specifications.
• Collaborating across various internal teams.
• Handling cost management and negotiations from design and development phases through production to delivery.
• Cultivating and nurturing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively managing risks, troubleshooting issues, and identifying innovative solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working Project Management, Product Development, Packaging, within Beauty and Personal Care is essential.
• Demonstrated experience within a customer-facing environment, with a strong commercial mindset.
• Proven track record in executing full-service projects, encompassing product development from design conception to delivery, including new tooling and packaging development.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and MS Project for project management.
• Exceptional organizational skills with outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
