Position: Project Manager- Property Development

Location- Brighton

Salary- £50,000-£65,000

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage property development projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Oversee all aspects of construction activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in property development or construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
