Project Manager - Operations

ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW:
Alchemy London Market currently requires an experienced Project Manager to assist us with an Insurance client of ours, which are undergoing a significant market transformation requiring strategic operations planning.
You will manage the broader project plan, assist with financial baselining, engage in some TOM planning, and coordinate platform-related activities. The project is part of a larger transformation journey, with future phases including TOM implementation and a separate stream for strategic planning.
ASSIGNMENT OBJECTIVES:
- Initiate the transformation of back-office functions, including finance and HR setup.
- Incorporate learnings from current market transformation to inform TOM development.
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Will push forward actions, manage plans, and maintain agreed live schedules. Attention to detail and assertiveness are essential to keep the project on track.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment.
- Track project actions and manage plans effectively.
- Drive hands-on execution to achieve project objectives.
- Lead back-office transformation initiatives.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL-SET:.
- Strong stakeholder management skills team.
- Familiarity with Target Operating Model (TOM) development and implementation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in leading and motivating teams towards common goals.
- Experience within the Insurance/London Market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
