The Company: We are an award-winning supplier of video equipment and crew to some of the most exciting visual shows in stadiums, arenas, festivals, and theatres across the world. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team as we have bold and ambitious growth plans in 2024 and beyond.

Job Purpose Summary: As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage key projects, focusing on delivering high-quality results within the allocated time and budget. Your role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities: - Create comprehensive plans that clearly define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Conduct an in-depth analysis of client requirements and project scope as a preliminary step in the quoting process. - Develop detailed quotes, encompassing project costs, resources, timelines, and contingencies. This includes collaborating

with sales, technical and client teams to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. - Allocate and manage resources effectively, including internal teams and third-party contractors, to ensure projects are

delivered as per the agreed plan. - Systematically gather project-related information from various sources to inform and refine project planning and execution. - Serve as the primary interface with clients, sales, and technical teams. - Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency in project status and strategies. - Regularly assess project risks and opportunities, maintaining high-quality standards, identify and mitigate risk. - Oversee project budgets, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources and financial performance in line with project plan and

budget. - Ensure thorough project documentation in line with standard operating procedures.

Experience and Skills Required: The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for and experience in the live event industry, with hands on knowledge of audio visual, sound, lighting, rigging, set and staging equipment.

- Experience in a related role with a track record in live communication and event solutions. - Strong technical knowledge across, Live Production, LED Video & Processing, Live Camera Systems with a proven ability to

control large and complicated event projects, with excellent technical knowledge and experience delivering a variety of live events.

- To be able to communicate and consult effectively with clients, and to have good presentation skills. - Excellent communication and inter-personal skills and be able to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the business. - To be able to apply logical and logistical planning methods to the department's requirements. - To be hard working, enthusiastic and confident, with a professional demeanour. - Full UK Driving License
