Project Manager - Integrated Discharge Hub

Ackerman Pierce are looking to recruit a Project Manager within East London. The vacancy will be for an initial 3-6 months with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and your performance.

Overview of Role

• Operate effectively in a flexible and demanding environment and proactively engage with the three places in BHR and engage at Place level.
• Work effectively with a variety of external consultancies working on other projects and programmes within other NHS directorates as required.

• Provide and receive highly complex, sensitive and contentious information, presenting information, to a wide range of stakeholders in a formal setting.
• Having the ability to deal with resulting potentially aggressive/antagonistic situations.
• Committed to working and engaging constructively with internal and external stakeholders on a range of business sensitive issues.

Provide leadership direction and management for several projects, being delivered through several projects/programme: core role

1. Overall management
2. Planning and design
3. Risks management and mitigation
4. Implementation
5. Data collection and project evaluation (with emphasis on benefits realisation)
6. Partnership working
7. Service user/patient and carer involvement

To be successful in this role you must have a proven background in the below:

• The role supports the business in driving transformation as well as value for money in planning, commissioning and service.
• The role is designed to build a combination of subject matter expertise and technical skills to develop a strong service delivery.
