Job Title: Project Manager - HVAC
Location: Cheltenham, UK
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee our HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of project management methodologies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in delivering exceptional projects to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
- Foster a positive team environment and provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience managing HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Civil projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- PMP certification is a plus.
