Project Manager - HR & Engagement Strategy
Our prestigious and market leading client, based throughout the UK, are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager who can help shape a new volume staff attraction, engagement and on-boarding model.
The successful candidate will have strong skills and experience in the following:
- Volume recruitment models within the Service sector from conception, feasibility options examination, business case preparation and recommendation.
- Ability to establish and map current recruitment processes across a diverse workforce population
- Work closely with the business through running workshops to explore process improvements and deficiencies.
- Developing future state operational model options
- Developing business cases and presenting to board level.
Largely remote role with expensed travel through the UK as required.
Initial 6 month contract with view to extend
Outside of IR35
