We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager / Facilities Manager on behalf of our client in Newcastle who are leading providers of facilities management services across the healthcare sector.
  • As a Project Manager you will lead the delivery of projects across the account.
  • You will work closely with the Account Director to manage budgets, set account plans, and drive commercial leadership.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on projects with a value between £5m to £10m, including refurbishment works and mechanical/electrical facility upgrades.
  • With your strong leadership skills and qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, and Safety Management, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets within the healthcare sector.

We are seeking an individual who can work autonomously, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and effectively manage budgets and account plans. A candidate with a positive can do attitude and the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders will be highly valued.

Required experience:
  • Required qualifications include a relevant degree in fields like Quantity Surveying , Construction Management or Project Management, as well as Safety Management certifications.
  • The ideal candidate should experience as a Key Projects Account Manager in healthcare FM industry.
  • This person will also need strong team management skills as they will have a number of people reporting into them.

Salary range £43k-£50k DOE
