Are you a Project Manager from a surveying background with JCT contract experience looking to join a long-standing and highly regarded company, where you will be responsible for managing a range of technically exciting projects and play a pivotal part in the future success of a business?

In this role you will be split between office and site based managing your own day, handling a number of construction projects from concept to completion. You will be holding chair meetings with clients and contractors, monitoring project progress, and dealing with contract instructions.

Founded in the 1970's, this Construction Project Management company work across the UK and Ireland in a range of commercial and residential settings, including education, healthcare, and marine. They pride themselves on their excellent staff retention rates due to investing in their employees, and ensure their involvement in local community projects.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with project management experience who has worked with JCT contracts looking to make their mark in a growing business, where they will be working hands-on in a challenging yet rewarding role.

The Role:

• Running multiple projects at once within quantity surveying
• Overseeing contracts and relevant project paperwork
• Split between office and site based (50/50) with travel across the UK
• Monday to Thursday 8:45 - 5:15pm, Friday finish at 4:15pm, some flexibility needed

The Person:

• Project Manager or similar
• Experience surveying within construction
• JCT contract knowledge
