Area to be covered: National - Office based when not on site (must be based Milton Keynes, Northampton, Oxford, Banbury region)

Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 negotiable + potential bonus

The role of the Project Manager - Temporary Structures & Modular Buildings will involve:

• Project Manager position planning, directing & managing high value projects of offsite modular building / temporary structures for the commercial market sector
• Working on projects such as Manchester Airport, Office Blocks, Hospitals, Wimbledon, Chelsea Flower Show, Qatar World Cup, MOD, Storage Units, Warehouses
• Managing 1 or 2 projects at any one time
• Responsible for the project delivery life cycle: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring, Controlling, and Closing
• Projects ranging from around £1m - £50m this average projects ranging from £5m -£10m
• Dealing with large end users, local authorises, architects and specifiers, main contractors and specialist sub-contractors
• Ensure that projects are delivered efficiently & safety
• Liaise with the Design and Engineering Department to ensure drawings and technical information is up-to-date and accurate
• Liaising internally with support teams including, tenders, marketing, estimating, quotations, manufacturing, sales and construction teams

The ideal applicant will be Project Manager - Temporary Structures & Modular Buildings with:

• Must have project management experience in the construction industry
• Must have dealt with large scale projects
• Ideally from the building structures, temporary accommodation, temporary structures, modular buildings, modular construction, prefabricated buildings with specific focus on the commercial mark sector
• Would be open to other construction related backgrounds
• Dealing with projects such as: Manchester Airport, Office Blocks, Hospitals, Wimbledon, Chelsea Flower Show, Qatar World Cup, MOD, Storage Units, Warehouses
• Ideally have an understanding of the construction process and ideally building regulations
