BEMS Project Manager required.

Our client is a BEMS Controls contractor in a group of companies in the Southern Region the UK and offers a wide range of market leading products that provide engineered solutions for the control of services within any building environment throughout the UK. They are now looking for a BMS Project Manager due to the growth of the business.

Successful candidates will manage BMS projects with sites across Greater London

BMS Project Manager Position Overview

  • To work closely and report to the Project Director
  • To manage projects under your responsibility from sales handover, CAD design, panel build, electrical install, commissioning and agreement of final account.
  • Liaising with our in-house panel design & build teams and our commissioning dept. to ensure the timely and successful completion of jobs
  • To manage several diverse and live projects at any one time
  • To be responsible for the successful completion of your projects including monthly invoicing
  • To embrace and nurture internal and external relationships and to promote the company's brand.

BMS Project Manager Position Requirements

  • Experience of working in a similar Project Manager role
  • To possess critical industry knowledge including experience of dealing with our direct customers (the M&E Contractors) and end users
  • Significant BEMS systems is required.
  • To be commercially astute with the ability to value engineer jobs, manage commercial risk and identify VOs
  • To be technically competent and comfortable in discussing and resolving complex BEMS issues with customers & end users
  • A full driving licences
